Managing Treasury Alliances, the Early Years

Twenty years ago we wrote about how international treasury management crosses many disciplines. To be successful, the new international treasurer must learn to build alliances with other departments and groups. This is certainly true today where treasury is often called on as a consultant to help companies manage cash and in the M&A process.
